Some parts of the platform will work in other parts of the UK, but the information and some of the resources will be targeted to those living in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire area. In addition, you may not be able to receive digital letters if you are outside the Herefordshire and Worcestershire region.

My Health and Wellbeing can help you take control of your health and wellbeing by allowing you to track aspects of your health, mood, problems and by offering the ability to book GP appointments, see prescription information, access digital versions of your letters and access curated and trusted healthcare information relevant to you and your circumstances. It is a one-stop-shop for your health and wellbeing.

Yes, if you would like a way to monitor your overall health and wellbeing all in one place. It has been designed with inclusivity and openess in mind, and is suitable for everyone over the age of 18.

My Health and Wellbeing is an online portal where you can manage your health and wellbeing in one place. Using NHS Login, you will have access to your GP appointments and prescriptions, letters, and a whole host of useful and relevant health and wellbeing information and resources

My Health and Wellbeing is free to use, and does not have to be downloaded. It can be accessed by using your browser on any device.

You will be taken through the NHS Login process in order to sign up to My Health and Wellbeing. You do not need to know your NHS number, but it may make the process easier if you do have it to hand. In order to sign up with NHS Login, you will need to record a short video of yourself, and provide other personal information. This information is shared with NHS Login, and not My Health and Wellbeing. My Health and Wellbeing only gets access to the data it needs in order to provide access to your healthcare information via 3rd parties. My Health and Wellbeing is a web application, which means you can use it on your browser on any device (mobile, tablet, laptop). You do not need to download anything onto your phone.

Using NHS Login to sign up to My Health and Wellbeing will give you the best experience that the platform has to offer. By using NHS Login Single Sign On you will gain access to your GP appointments and prescriptions information, be able to see your digital letters, and access extra resources based on your healthcare information. If you choose not to use NHS Login, you will only be able to use the trackers to monitor your health and wellbeing, but you will not have access to any third party connections.

Your data is used to make your experience on the My Health and Wellbeing platform as tailored and relevant to your needs as possible. We will use information in your 'My Health' section to personalise your Resources section, in terms of which Apps are shown as suggestions for you.

Your clinician or those in your circle can see the data that you enter into My Health and Wellbeing, if you have chosen to let them see it. You can control this within your Connect section - depending on who you would like to see what.

Your information is securely stored within My Health and Wellbeing, on our Azure servers in the UK. There are strict procedures in place that determine who in the team has access to the databases, and we treat your data privacy with the utmost importance. When it comes to the third party integrations on My Health and Wellbeing, we securely verfiy you using NHS Login, and the only information shared is that which is abosolutely necessary in order to verfiy your identity (NHS number, name, DOB, email address)

You can update your details in on the 'Account' page, which you can reach by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner

You can send a message to your clinician using the messaging feature in the 'Connect' section. You will only be able to send a message to your clinician if you are connected to them as part of your circle. Your clinician will send you an invite to become part of their circle

You'll need to sign up to My Health and Wellbeing using NHS Login for the best experience. You can also sign up with your email address, but if you choose this way you will not get access to any integrations and health data
